SUBJECT: UPDATE ON ESTONIAN PARTICIPANTS AT WIREC 2008

1. (U) As of Tuesday, February 20, post has received the
following information from the GOE regarding the
composition of Estonia's delegation to WIREC 2008:

- Minister of Economy Juhan Parts and Minister of
Agriculture Helir-Valdur Seeder will not/not be able to
participate in WIREC due to other commitments. Neither
Ministry will be able, as previously indicated, to send
deputies or other representatives to the conference from
Tallinn.

- Mr. Raul Rosenberg, Board Member of the Estonian Rural
Development Foundation will attend WIREC, and has
already registered himself via the website.

- Estonian Ambassador to the U.S. Vaino Reinart and
Economic Officer Toomas Moore also will attend WIREC,
and will register via the USEA website.
