1. Embassy Reykjavik grants country clearance to CODEL Boucher and
the accompanying delegation and personnel to travel to Keflavik,
Iceland for refueling on March 22, 2008

2. Post has assigned Mrs. Fiona Evans as the CODEL's
administrative point of contact and she will be meeting the CODEL at
