On March 4, 2008, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to
Ambassador Charles Ononye, Deputy Director of the
International Organizations Department of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Ononye said he would ensure its
delivery to the Nigerian OIC Special Envoy's office prior to
the delegation's March 7 departure for Dakar.
