attend the special CAFTA-DR meeting on April 7 on the margins
of the IADB meeting in Miami (reftel):

- Guillermo Zuniga, Minister of Finance
- Tomas Duenas, Costa Rican Ambassador to the United States

2. Both Minister Zuniga and Ambassador Duenas look forward
to the special meeting hosted by EEB A/S Dan Sullivan.
