Director Marco Matacotta April 28 to deliver ref A request
that Italy agree to resettle Dagoberto Pantoja-Valle. Poloff
gave Matacotta the nonpaper on the Guantanamo protection
program and the biographic information on Pantoja-Valle
provided in ref B. Matacotta said he would consult with the
Interior Ministry to provide a coordinated GOI response.
