1. Department requests country clearance for EAP Assistant
Secretary Christopher R. Hill and his delegation, listed in

SIPDIS
para 3, to travel to Singapore and Beijing from April 7-9 for
consultations related to the Six-Party Talks. Department
thanks post for all assistance.

2. FOR EMBASSY SINGAPORE: Please arrange accommodations,
name a control officer, and provide administrative support as
needed. Please arrange for airport meet and assist. Please
provide cell phones.

3. FOR EMBASSY BEIJING: Department requests that Embassy
Beijing name a control officer, provide administrative
support, interpretation, and notetaking as needed. Please
arrange for airport meet and assist, provide cell phones, and
activate classified log-ons for delegation members. Please
arrange accommodations in Beijing for Sung Kim for April 9.
