To commemorate the Day of Solidarity with Cuban People, Post
plans to use the materials provided by the Department as
follows: (1) to provide links to the solidarity day website on
the Post website; (2) to circulate and have available copies of
the Petition for Political Prisoners in Cuba; (3) to provide
information on the Damas de Blanco in the consular waiting room
and the Post webpage; (4) to place the Op-Ed in local newspapers
and on the Post webpage; (5) to provide the relevant information
to Foreign Affairs Offices for Aruba and the Netherlands
Antilles and other key contacts; and (6) to place a static
display of Department-provided materials on the Day of
Solidarity in the CAC and consular waiting rooms.
