1. (SBU) On May 15, Ambassador spoke with Acting Sierra Leone
Foreign Minister Vandi Minah to inquire about Sierra Leone's
participation in the June FAO World Food Security Conference.
Acting Minister Minah stated that the Sierra Leone Minister
of Agriculture and Food Security, Samuel Sesay, would likely
head the Sierra Leone delegation. The names of all
participants was not known at this time.

2. (U) Post will provide names of other delegation members
when the information is made available.
