On June 22, PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Yemeni
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Two Americas First Secretary
Abdullah al-Socotry. Al-Socotry asked PolOff to clarify the
requirements for Yemen's participation in the Global Maritime
Partnership, which PolOff answered from talking points.
Al-Socotry said he would forward the suggestion to the
appropriate committee.
