On July 3, post delivered points in reftel to Sergio Suarez
Roa from the Multilateral Affairs office at the Foreign
Ministry and reiterated our request that the GOC support a
prisoners of conscience public affairs event at the United
Nations in New York during the final week of the UN Economic
and Social Council. Suarez thanked us for the information
and said the GOC would review the request. Post will follow
up and report any response.
