participation in the ICITAP, TIP training to be held in
in August 2008. Post vetting was completed on July 20, 2008. Post
requests that vetting be completed before July 27, 2008, to provide
sufficient time for

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate this
individual or any unit he has served in has been involved in gross
violations of human rights.
