9, from President Koroma to President Bush on the occasion of
United States Independence Day 2008. Original wil be sent by

2. (U) BEGIN TEXT: June 30, 2008. His Excellency George W.
Bush, President of the United States of America. Your
Excellency, As the American people the world over celebrate
the 232nd anniversary of their Country's Independence, I
would like to express to your Excellency, my very best wishes
for your continued personal well being and happiness as well
as the prosperity of your people. I am confident that the
spirit of friendship and cooperation which bind our two
countries and peoples will be further strengthened in the
years that lie ahead. Please accept Your Excellency, the
assurances of my highest consideration and esteem. END TEXT
