Goncalo Motta of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said
Portugal supports reftel points for continued zero nominal
growth discipline and appropriate membership consideration of
possible Universal Postal Union (UPU) mission adjustments.
However, Motta indicated Portugal is also seeking seats on
the UPU Council of Administration and Postal Operations
Council and requested USG and GOP delegations discuss mutual
candidacy support at the Congress.
