1. (SBU) Following is interim response regarding GDRC attendance at
63rd UN General Assembly. Post will continue to engage MFA in
effort to obtain attendance information and report same as soon as
available:

A. Attendance of the Head of State.

this time

NOTE: We consider highly likely that President Kabila will attend
