1. (SBU) On August 25, Embassy Quito received notification
from the Banco del Austro in Cuenca, Ecuador, that they have
a closed account in their systems in the name of PCI CORP,
S.A. (per reftel, possible AKA for Parchin Chemical
Industries). While the account is closed, we have forwarded
the bank's letter to DHS at post.
