On September 16 the Secretary General of the Ministry of
Livestock and Fisheries, Mamadou Kane, told the Embassy that
his Minister, Ms. Diallo Madeline Bah, would represent Mali
at the Ministerial Conference on Avain and Pandemic Flu to
take place in Egypt, October 25-26 (reftel). Minister Bah
will be accompanied by Mali's National Director of
Veterinarian Services, Dr. Kassoum Diakite.
