1. (SBU) In reftel B, Embassy Tallinn provided
preliminary information concerning the Government of
Estonia (GOE) official delegation to the 63RD UNGA.
Please find below specific flight information for the
delegation. Please note that the Estonian Ministry of
Foreign Affairs (MFA) informed us that these dates are
preliminary and will not be finalized until at least
September 18 or 19. Post will advise immediately of any
changes in the travel itinerary.

A. Attendance of the Head of State: Mr. Toomas Hendrik
Ilves, President of the Republic of Estonia. President
Ilves will not be accompanied by his spouse and will not
require interpretation services. President Ilves will
be arriving and departing from New York's Kennedy
Airport.

Arrival: September 23 at 15.55
Departure: September 26 at 17.45
New York/Kennedy

B. Attendance of the Head of Government. Mr. Andrus
Ansip will not attend UNGA.


C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister. Mr. Urmas Paet,
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.
Minister Paet will not be accompanied by his spouse and
will not require interpretation services. Minister Paet
will arrive and depart from Kennedy Airport.

Arrival: September 20 at 15.55
Departure: September 28 at 17.45
New York/ Kennedy

D. Attendance of other VIPs.

No other VIPs plan to attend.

E. Attendance of the Foreign Ministry official
responsible for IO affairs. Mr. Clyde Kull, Director
General of the Department of Political Director,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Kull will not travel
with his spouse and will not require interpretation
services. Mr. Kull will arrive and depart from Kennedy
Airport.
