have been identified to attend the Defense Institute of
International Legal Studies (DIILS) sponsored CONUS Border Training
in San Diego, CA from 16-21 November 2008:

Name: Amadou Tidjani Mamoudou
DOB: 01 February, 1970
POB: Fadaberi, Niger
Military Title: Chief of Central Division/ Records and Research,
Gendarmerie Nationale

3. Embassy Niamey has reviewed its files and has found no
information concerning human rights violations by the individuals
listed above as of October 24, 2008.

4. Post requests Department review its files so that appropriate
human rights verification can be issued.
