1. Emboff delivered reftel demarche September 26 to Tuy Ry,
Director of the Department of International Organizations,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
(MFA), and delivered reftel talking points via diplomatic
note to the MFA October 6. On October 23, the Embassy
received a diplomatic note announcing the Royal Government of
Cambodia's support for the U.S.-proposed 2008 Compliance
Resolution.
