PolEcon Off spoke with Liga Andersone, Head of the MFA's Eastern
Europe and Central Asia Division, and Andersone confirmed that
Latvia's FM will attend the Ministerial Donors' Conference for
Georgia in Brussels on October 22. She said that the MFA's proposal
is to have Latvia pledge 500,000 Euros, paid over three years, but
that this proposal is still awaiting approval by the Cabinet of
Ministers.
