Dear Excellency:

I have the honour and great pleasure to convey to Your
Excellency my warmest congratulations on the occasion of Your
Election as the 44th President of the United States of
America.

I firmly believe that the good relationship and mutual
cooperation existing between our two countries will be
continuously and effectively developed in the new era under
Your leadership for the interest of our two peoples and
nations.

May I take this opportunity to wish Your Excellency every
success in Your noble tasks.
