the following candidate from the State Forestry
Administration, Department of Forest Police, who has been
nominated for training at ILEA Bangkok, pursuant to the Leahy
Amendment and Foreign Assistance Act. Post has no derogatory
information on this individual.

2. (SBU) Biographical data of proposed participant for the
ILEA Bangkok course entitled Special Investigation Group
(SIG) on Pangolin and Big Cats Workshop January 7-9, 2009:
