1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individual who has been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individual will attend the CFAC United
Nations Observer Course in Coban, Guatemala, from January
15-30, 2009. The name is listed with the surname first:
