ATTENDING NAVY TRAINING FROM MARCH 17 THROUGH 22, 2010.

1. Pursuant to the Leahy Amendment and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in vetting five Togolese Navy
Junior Officer and Enlisted to attend 'Africa Partnership Station
(APS)' training from March 17 through 22, 2010 in Cotonou, Benin.
