Court Martial Commences

A general Court Martial will convene in Aldershot, United Kingdom at 10.30am on Monday 12 November 2001.

An Army Officer is facing four charges under the Armed Discipline Act 1971. The main charge is of committing a civil offence namely causing grevious bodily harm with intent. There are three additional charges of doing an act likely to prejudice service discipline.
