Youth and Students Launch National Coalition For Peace
‘War on Terrorism’ Gone Unchecked For Too Long
(Washington, DC) –In a show of unity, sixteen national youth and student organizations, representing millions of young people across the country have pledged to stand together in opposition to the open ended ‘war on terrorism’ the Bush administration has insisted upon waging. Representatives from these sixteen organizations and their supporters will gather on December 10 at the National Japanese American Memorial to make clear their demands and act as the reasoned voice of dissent in the U.S.
