Deterring Future Genocides: The International Criminal Court

"It used to be that murderers would be brought to justice, while genocidaires would retire in luxury. The ICC will end this reign of impunity forever." - William Pace, Convenor of hte NGO Coalition for the International Criminal Court

To mark the 10th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, and the other gross violations of human rights that contributed to the 20th century being remembered as the bloodiest in human history, the NGO Coalition for the International Criminal Court has created the fact sheet entitled "Deterring Future Genocides: The International Criminal Court".
