United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan today voiced his dismay at a series of bombings in Uzbekistan against the United States and Israeli embassies, as well as the office of the country’s prosecutor.
The blasts in capital of Tashkent reportedly killed two people and injured about a dozen others.

“Targeting of

justified by any cause,” he said.
