PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2007--AFP photographers won 18 awards in 2006, including the prestigious Picture of the Year award and the Bayeux War Correspondents award.

With award winning photographers working from the world's hotspots, such as Ali Yussef in Iraq and Jaafar Ashtiyeh in the West Bank, the agency provides customers with unparalleled coverage of breaking news.
