Voices Of Dissent: Activism & American Democracy

I'm writing to invite you to watch my film, Voices Of Dissent: Activism & American Democracy, on KTEH, Public Television of San Jose, Channel 54 (Comcast 10) this coming Monday 12/22, at 11 pm. There will also be an encore showing very early morning on Tuesday, 12/23, at 5 am. This is part of the VIDEO I series that focuses on the work of independent filmmakers. If you haven't yet seen VOICES OF DISSENT, which has been featured at 10 film festivals, please try to catch this broadcast!

The PBS blurb says: "Video I presents VOICES OF DISSENT, Karil Daniels' powerful documentary about Americans defending and protecting their freedoms and civil liberties during time of war. Includes an interview with the filmmaker."

It features Martin Sheen, Woody Harrelson, Al Franken, Arianna Huffington, Daniel Ellsberg, Medea Benjamin, Jim Hightower, Paul Krugman, Norman Solomon, Will Durst, Ambassador Joseph Wilson, CA Congresswoman Barbara Lee, Ron Kovic, Bill Santiago, Kevin Phillips, Drew Dellinger, and many more. Using events, theatre, song, dance, comedy, satire, music, poetry, interviews with many well-known personalities and the wisdom of our founding fathers, VOICES reminds us of our roots and the importance of protecting authentic democracy.
