The President of Vietnam, His
Excellency Truong Tan Sang, will speak at the East-West
Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Friday, Nov. 11 at 3 p.m.
Hawaii Standard Time (HST). President Sang will speak on the
topic of “Vietnam’s Comprehensive Integration and New
Developments of Vietnam-U.S. Relations.”

Pre-registration is not required for media, but media representatives wishing to attend must present of one of the following: (1) a U.S. Government-issued media identification card (APEC credential, Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification, such as driver's license or passport.
