WTO MEETING ON SEAL PRODUCTS DISPUTE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC
At the request of the parties in the dispute “European Communities – Measures Prohibiting the Importation and Marketing of Seal Products” (DS400 and DS401), the panel has agreed to start its meeting with the parties scheduled for 18 to 20 February 2013 with a session open to public viewing at the WTO Headquarters in Geneva.

JAPAN FILES DISPUTE AGAINST CHINA’S ANTI-DUMPING MEASURES
Japan notified the WTO Secretariat on 20 December 2012 of a request for consultations with China concerning China’s measures imposing anti-dumping duties on high performance stainless steel seamless tubes from Japan.

OUVERTURE AU PUBLIC DE LA RÉUNION DE L’OMC SUR LE DIFFÉREND CONCERNANT LES PRODUITS DÉRIVÉS DU PHOQUE
À la demande des parties au différend Communautés européennes — Mesures prohibant l’importation et la commercialisation de produits dérivés du phoque (DS400 et DS401), le Groupe spécial est convenu de commencer sa réunion avec les parties, devant se tenir du 18 au 20 février 2013, par une séance ouverte au public au siège de l’OMC, à Genève.

LE JAPON ENGAGE UNE PROCÉDURE CONTRE LES MESURES ANTIDUMPING DE LA CHINE
Le 20 décembre 2012, le Japon a informé le Secrétariat de l’OMC d’une demande de consultations avec la Chine au sujet des mesures de celle-ci imposant des droits antidumping sur les tubes sans soudure, en acier inoxydable haute performance, en provenance du Japon.

SE ABRE AL PÚBLICO LA REUNIÓN DE LA OMC SOBRE LA DIFERENCIA RELATIVA A LOS PRODUCTOS DE LAS FOCAS
A petición de las partes en la diferencia “Comunidades Europeas — Medidas que prohíben la importación y comercialización de productos derivados de las focas” (DS400 y DS 401), el Grupo Especial ha acordado comenzar la reunión que celebrará con las partes del 18 al 20 de febrero de 2013 con una sesión abierta al público en la sede de la OMC en Ginebra.

EL JAPÓN PLANTEA UNA DIFERENCIA CONTRA MEDIDAS ANTIDUMPING DE CHINA
El 20 de diciembre de 2012, el Japón notificó a la Secretaría de la OMC una solicitud de celebración de consultas con China en relación con medidas de China por las que se imponen derechos antidumping a los tubos sin soldadura (sin costura) de acero inoxidable para altas prestaciones procedentes del Japón.
