Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on State Highway one at Dome Valley, between Warkworth and Wellsford. Three cars have been involved in a head crash and one is on fire. All occupants are out of the cars.
One person is injured and is reported to be status 2 (serious). The road is closed in both directions while the scene is cleared and traffic is building up rapidly. Traffic diversions are being put in place via Kraacks Road. The serious crash unit will be investigating the incident.
