Weather Workshop: Short forecast for NZ

Short Forecast valid to midnight tomorrow:

The north and west of the North Island from Northland to Manawatu, also for the central high country: Showery conditions. A gradual clearance spreading from the south tomorrow.

Bay of Plenty and eastern places from Gisborne to southern Hawkes Bay: Showers spreading from the main ranges at times. Tomorrow clearing about Bay of Plenty, elsewhere long fine periods with the odd shower.

Wairarapa and Wellington, also Marlborough: Showers and fine periods.

Nelson and the South Island west coast: A few showers about Nelson today otherwise fine.

Canterbury: Areas of rain today. Showers clearing tomorrow.

Otago and Southland: Cloudy periods. Showers persisting about the coast. Fine breaks increasing tomorrow.

Chatham Islands: Rain at times.
