Weather Workshop: Short forecast for NZ

Short Forecast issued by Weather Workshop valid to midnight
tomorrow:

Northland, Auckland, Coromandel Peninsula, Bay of Plenty and Taupo: Rain easing to showers later today. A few light showers tomorrow but mainly fine in Bay of plenty.

Western areas from Waitomo to Wellington, also for the central plateau: A few showers today from Wanganui southward otherwise rain continuing for much of the day. Tomorrow a few showers to most places.

Gisborne to Wairarapa: Brief rain spreading east from the ranges at times. Later southerlies and showers working north. Tomorrow, mainly fine inland but a few coastal showers remain.

Nelson and Marlborough: Becoming mainly fine but showers persisting for a time today about the Kaikoura Coast.

South Island west coast: Rain easing to showers in most places but south of the glaciers rain setting in again tonight. Showers to most places tomorrow.

Canterbury, Otago and Southland: A mix of cloudy and fine periods. Showers about the south coast may become more widespread later. Tomorrow, showers about the Southland and Otago coasts otherwise mainly fine.

Chatham Islands: Rain at times today. Showers tomorrow.
