Weather Workshop: Short forecast for NZ

Short Forecast issued by Weather Workshop valid to midnight tomorrow:

In the north and west of the North Island from Northland to Manawatu also Bay of Plenty, the central plateau, Gisborne and Hawkes Bay: A mix of fine and cloudy periods, the odd light shower about Northland.

Wellington and Wairarapa: A few cloudy areas today otherwise fine. Tomorrow, fine at first but showers and southerlies developing late in the day.

For Nelson and Buller: Mainly fine today. A few showers developing tomorrow.

Westland and Fiordland: Cloudy periods. Drizzly rain about Fiordland spreading to southern Westland tonight. Tomorrow, showery.

Marlborough and Canterbury: Becoming mostly fine today. Tomorrow showers and southwesterlies spread north reaching Marlborough by evening.

Otago and Southland: Cloudy skies. Some coastal drizzle then more persistent rain over Southland tonight. Tomorrow, showers and cold southwesterlies.

Chatham Islands: Showers.
