Weather Workshop: short forecast

Short Forecast issued by Weather Workshop valid to midnight tomorrow:

The north and west from Northland to Taumaranui, also for Bay of
Plenty and the central plateau: Rain becoming widespread today
then easing to showers tomorrow.

From Taranaki to Wellington: Further rain at times today, tomorrow
a few showers.

Gisborne to Wairarapa: Patchy rain spreading east off the main
ranges today, chiefly south of the Manawatu Gorge. Rain persisting
north of Mahia tomorrow, elsewhere fine periods increasing.

Nelson: Showers clearing today and becoming fine from tonight.

South Island west coast: Remaining showers clearing today and fine
tomorrow.

Marlborough and Canterbury: Coastal showers about south Canterbury
spreading further later today. Tomorrow cloudy periods and mostly dry.

Otago and Southland: Rain continuing for much of today with snow to
400 metres. From early tomorrow remaining cloudy with showers
retreating to the south coast.

Chatham Islands: Rain setting later today and continuing tomorrow.
