Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 11 March to Friday 17 March

Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on the Northern Busway and Esmonde Interchange upgrade over the next week.

Monday 13 to Thursday 16 March - CLOSED - overnight from 10.30pm until 5am until the following morning:
. All SH1 motorway lanes southbound between Constellation Drive off-ramp and Tristram Ave on-ramp
. Constellation Drive on-ramp southbound and Tristram Ave off-ramp southbound
. The temporary closures are required in order to place temporary crash barriers along the work site.

Monday 13 March - CLOSED - overnight from 10pm until 5am the following on Tuesday:
. Onewa Rd off-ramp SH1 southbound
. The temporary closures are required in order to transport piling rigs from the works site.

Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.

Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.

In the event of inclement weather, the closures will be postponed to the next fine night.
