27/9/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male and a female both with chest pain to Auckland City Hospital.

29/9/06 After falling on a chainsaw a female with an arm injury was transported from Wharepoa to Waikato Hospital.

29/9/06 A female with a head injury and a female with a medical condition were both transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

30/9/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with chest pain to Auckland City Hospital.

1/10/06 After a motor vehicle accident at Warkworth a male with multiple injuries was transported to Auckland City Hospital.

1/10/06 The helicopter was tasked to Great Barrier Island. Mission cancelled due to extremely bad weather.
