3/10/06 A woman with chest pain was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

3/10/06 After a car v car at Warkworth a female with leg injuries and a male with lacerations and bruising were transported to Auckland City and Starship Hospital respectively.

6/10/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

6/10/06 An elderly male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

7/10/06 A male with a head injury after being thrown onto the rocks while trying to fish was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

8/10/06 The helicopter responded to Wellsford and transported a male with burns to Middlemore Hospital.
