Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 28 October to Friday 3 November

Transit New Zealand advises motorists of next week's proposed closures for work on State Highway 1 for Northern Busway construction (weather permitting).

Sunday 29 October - Wednesday 1 November
TRISTRAM AVE
Southbound on-ramp from Tristram Ave to SH1 - CLOSED - overnight 29 & 30 October from 9pm until 5am the following morning; and 31 October & 1 November from 7:45pm - 5am the following morning for beam placement on the new viaduct.
* If unforeseen circumstances prevent work at the above time, the closure will be on 2 November.
* Motorists are advised to follow the diversion via Northcote Rd or Onewa Rd on-ramp.

Sunday 29 October - Thursday 2 November
BARRYS POINT RD
Barrys Point Rd southbound between Des Swann Dr & Esmonde Rd - CLOSED - overnight from 9pm until 5am the following morning to connect the new intersection alignment.
* Motorists are advised to follow the diversion via Burns Ave.

Road users are requested to use the sign posted detours whilst the closures are in operation.

Transit New Zealand apologises for any inconvenience caused.
