Christchurch Earthquake - Call for Calm

9am Wednesday 8 September 2010

Mayor Bob Parker has called for calm following this morning's major
aftershock. People are asked to avoid travelling and to stay at home
with family if it is safe to do so. Many traffic lights are not
functioning and there are some road blocks.
