Christchurch Council Facilities

Christchurch City Council Sport and Recreation Centres, Service Centres, libraries and other community facilities will be open by 9am today.

Papanui Library/Service Centre may be able to open later today, depending on snow being cleared.

Upper Riccarton Library will remain closed today
