Cemetery Pit Recreation Reserve closed until further notice

The Cemetery Pit Recreation Reserve on Southbridge Leeston Rd is closed to people and animals until further notice due to extremely high levels of bacteria in the lake water.

In the interests of safety, the site has been secured, and no-one is permitted to enter the reserve or allow animals to enter the lake water. For more information, contact the Selwyn District Council on 347 2800.
