Agreement reached in V8 Injunction Application

The parties have reached an agreement in relation to alternative accommodation for Mr Smart and Ms Haitana for the period of the race event. V8SC is paying a contribution towards the cost of alternative local accommodation. Mr Smart and Ms Haitana have withdrawn their application for an injunction. Their wider claim for compensation will continue through the normal court processes. The parties agree that they will not make any further comment in relation to the injunction proceeding or this settlement.
