Considering that the New Zealand Parliament and New Zealand legislation use Oxford English (and Oxford Commas) it's bizarre that our Attorney-General Chris Finlayson is undermining their use. If the departments for which he has responsibility cease using Oxford commas then they run the risk of misquoting/misunderstanding the actual law.
