Sprinkler Ban - River Flows Drop below Minimum

Water restrictions are now in place for Taumarunui and Raetihi.
Please be mindful of all water use. No Sprinklers. (Garden Watering if absolutely necessary by hand held hose only).

The flow level of Whanganui River has dropped below the minimum flow rate set by Horizons that requires water restrictions to be applied. The Makotuku River is also flowing at low levels.
