Fire in Palmerston North

Housing New Zealand can confirm that the house fire reported in Palmerston North overnight was at a Housing New Zealand address.

While we cannot comment further at this stage, we will be working with the family to ensure they have the support they require at this traumatic time.

The property itself has been secured by the Fire Service and Police.
