Man Injured after farm bike crashes

The BayTrust Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to a farm to the SW of Kinleith this afternoon, to assist a 26yr old male who had crashed his motorcycle into a farm fence. He suffered leg injuries and was stabilised by Paramedics. The helicopter was used due to the remote location of the incident. He was then flown to Rotorua Hospital in a stable condition.
