Please note that the bylaw review debate, including the issues of dogs on Caroline Bay and in Stafford Street, will now be taking place during the Environmental Services Standing Committee Meeting at 9am on Tuesday 30 January in the Council Chambers, not at the February Council meeting as originally advertised.
